For our ultra-luxury full-board brand, Elexus Hotel, in Northern Cyprus, we conducted a comprehensive performance advertising campaign in our main markets of Turkey, the UK, and Israel. Beginning in March 2025, this process aimed to increase visibility and boost bookings by designing separate campaigns for both accommodation packages and concert events. This approach aimed to strengthen not only bookings but also brand perception and user experience. To achieve success, we adopted an integrated digital strategy. Using Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms effectively, we segmented users based on their interests and behaviors. We included these audiences in remarketing and retargeting campaigns with concept videos and custom campaign designs. This ensured a measurable and data-driven impact in each market. Campaigns were run simultaneously and coordinately, maximizing both brand awareness and performance-oriented conversions. The results obtained during the March–September 2025 period clearly demonstrate the success of our strategy. Conversions increased by 394%, bookings by 203%, and booking communication by 29.41%. Session duration increased by 77%, the number of new users increased by 27%, and revenue grew by 11.8%. Additionally, a 27% increase was observed in "We Will Call You" form and WhatsApp communication. These figures demonstrate the tangible impact of a performance-oriented approach on user engagement and bookings. Thanks to an integrated digital strategy and targeted campaigns, Elexus Hotel reached its ultra-luxury segment guests more effectively. This process significantly improved the brand's digital performance and contributed to its long-term sustainable growth.
