In this process, the brand has also begun a new journey in the digital world with the Kirman Premium identity. Kirman Hotels, operating with 5 hotels in Side, Antalya, has undertaken a comprehensive digital transformation process to elevate the guest experience to the upper segment and strengthen its brand perception. This process, which began with the launch of the Kirman Premium brand, has resulted in a significant increase in the brand's digital performance. The main goals of Kirman Premium were to strongly announce the brand renewal, to explain the new concepts correctly and effectively, and to maintain and strengthen the existing relationship with loyal guests. In line with this, a multi-channel digital strategy was adopted. Platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Yandex, DV360, TikTok, VK, and LinkedIn were used in an integrated manner to increase brand communication and awareness at the beginning of the season; As demand increased, performance-oriented campaigns were implemented. Concept videos were used to segment target audiences, and these audiences were converted into sales through remarketing and retargeting campaigns. Campaigns were run simultaneously in different markets to maximize brand impact. The results of this strategy showed that Kirman Premium's digital transformation resulted in significant success not only in visibility but also in engagement and sales-oriented performance. Comparing the periods January–May 2024 and 2025, there was a 102% increase in ad impressions, a 21% increase in reach, and a 10% increase in contact initiation. Website user behavior showed a 31% increase in new users and a 194% increase in session duration. In international markets, users from Germany increased by 34%, and users from the UK increased by 358%. Call center bookings increased by 76%, and total contact volume increased by 33%. Thanks to the right positioning, creative campaigns, and an integrated digital strategy, Kirman Premium significantly improved its digital performance while reaching high-end guests, adding value to the brand's sustainable growth.
